There are three ways by which you can register for the exam.

ONLINE
For the fastest and most convenient service, register online. You can get the online form by visiting the learners and test takers section of the GRE website atwww.gre.org. A valid credit card is required (American Express®, Discover®, JCB®, MasterCard®, or Visa® card), or an electronic check (e-check) if you have a bank account in the United States or its territories.
Registration is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
BY PHONE
- Use American Express, Discover, JCB, MasterCard, VISA, or a voucher number.
- Call the appropriate RRC at least two business days before your preferred test date.
- A confirmation number, reporting time, and the test center address will be given to you when you call.
- Mail the International Test Scheduling Form (PDF) to the appropriate RRC with appropriate payment.
- ETS® now accepts payments via the Western Union® Quick PaySM service for computer-based testing administrations. Only original receipts will be accepted by Prometric.
- The form must be received at least three weeks before your first-choice test date.
- A confirmation number, reporting time, and the test center address will be faxed or mailed to you.
- If you do not receive a confirmation, call the appropriate RRC at least three business days before your first-choice test date. If you miss your appointment and did not call the RRC, your test fee will not be refunded. If you provide an e-mail address, you may receive a confirmation by e-mail.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Study Abroad - An Overview
International applicants requesting admission to any Graduate School of Management or Non-Management program should have the following material:
Application for Admission.
There is an Application fee which varies from $50 to $150 which is non-refundable
Personal statement of experiences and professional goals which states that why you want to pursue a specific course.
Two candidate evaluation forms or letters of reference. Evaluators must be people who are directly familiar with your academic, professional or leadership experience.
Official transcripts of all undergraduate and graduate course work accompanied by an English translation of all academic records and transcripts.
Official GMAT or GRE score report.
- Official TOEFL score report showing a score of 570 or better on the paper-based test, or a score of 230 or better on the computer-based test or a score of 85 or better on the iBT TOEFL. TOEFL scores are valid for two years. The TOEFL requirement is waived for international students for whom English is the native language. The TOEFL requirement is also waived for international students who completed their undergraduate education in the United States at an accredited U.S. college or university.
Statement of Financial Responsibility & I-20 Documentation and official bank verification (written in English) showing sufficient resources to cover two years of educational and living expenses. Official bank documentation of funds is provided by your and/or your sponsor's financial institution's). These documents must be received and approved by the Atkinson School before an I-20 can be issued.
A photocopy of the name page of your passport showing your name as presented and spelled on your passport
Requirements for F-1 Visa
If the foreign student advisor believes you have the resources necessary for study in the US, he or she will send you a Form I-20 (Certificate of Eligibility for Nonimmigrant [F-1] Student Status). You will need to submit this form with your application for a student visa at the American embassy or consulate. You will also have to provide proof of proficiency in English (unless you are enrolling in a language program). | |
